Cadillac Tops Super Bowl Ad Views

Most viewed Super Bowl ad? Nope, not the one with the baby and a bag of Doritos. And no, it's not a commercial for beer. Or vodka. Or even a truck. It's Cadillac's "Green Hell," featuring the 2013 Cadillac ATS.

Because, no surprise here, the most watched part of the game was near the end, when the ad for the new ATS aired. So maybe the automaker purchased a prime advertising spot, but they're not balking at the numbers, either. According to Joel Ewanick, GM's Chief Marketing Officer, "We have a big message this year - Cadillac is expanding with new models challenging the world's best luxury cars. This stunning viewership data proves that Cadillac's big message reached the largest audience."1

What's this "Green Hell"? It's the Nurburgring in Germany, one of the most challenging race tracks in the world. It's where Cadillac went to build the new ATS, to push it to its limits, to make it the best in the world. Some of the greatest cars in the world have posted impressive times at the Nurburgring - and according to the spot from Cadillac, the new ATS has been built to beat some of the best.

The voiceover says, "So if anyone tells you that Cadillac can't beat the world's best - just tell 'em to go to Green Hell, and see for themselves."2

Dan Vaden of Brunswick is sure that the all-new ATS is hard to beat. And we can't wait to see it roll into our showroom this summer. With that in mind, be sure to stay tuned with us to hear more about it when it arrives, and contact us to arrange your test drive. And remember, you can always stop in and see us during our regular business hours, we're located at 121 Altama Connector Brunswick, GA 31525.
